It has been about 4 years since I have attended this chuze fitness location. But recently, the water has been really salty, and I have been getting unexplained allergies after I attend the pool.

I signed up for the MORE package at $34.99 because it advertised an Unlimited Buddy Pass, but this is a complete scam. They want your buddy to sign up for their own membership, making the "Unlimited Buddy Pass" totally useless unless they pay too. Today, when I tried to work out with my buddy, the staff was incredibly rude, refusing to let us work out together and speaking to us in a condescending tone. I went to this location one time. And didn't go back. I love Chuze Fitness so much. It's a great gym. But this location is just dirty. I hate to say that, but it's true. The gym smells inside. And the machines are broken. Staff weren't as friendly as other locations. I don't know what is going on with this location off Beach. Th employees aren't friendly, it's dirty and not well maintained. Pass. Go to one of the other locations!

Scam , be away , they will keep taking money from your account even after canceling your subscription. Don't go there. In addition to that, the restrooms and the pool are dirty

im not saying anything about the gym itself, its great, but my situation was that i am getting a membership included with my medicare, its the basic one, so as im talking the situation over with a rep im finding out the details that were not explained to me when i called, like to upgrade to the premium would be 15.00 more a month than the 5.00 a month i was told on the phone, plus a 50.00 renewal fee annually, just to have access to a pool, i have a roommate that goes to a gym with a similar medicare membership and pays noth... read more

Been coming to this gym for the past 2 years and never had any problems but lately the workers be making side comments thinking the customers don't hear. Id dislike my life too if I was working at a gym making minimum. Im talking about the brown haired guy with the short shorts in the front lolllll

This place used to be a great gym. Now it's a hideous smelly low quality place. Most of the plyo boxes are damaged, I remember them taking more than 1 year to replace a damaged EZ curl bar. The smell is gross, the music is played too loud even at non crowded times. Sucks they also never went back to 24hrs format, I'm now looking heavily into switching towards UFC, their gym equipment might be a bit different, but based on how I've been treated the times I've gone with a guest pass, it seems a decent deal. This location used to have great staff but all the new staff aren't kind and they aren't professional Either. On top of it, the instructors level of quality went down as well. Dara F. Is not a nice instructor, She picks on people in front of the class, and kills your motivation to work out. I just realized some else complained about her as well. She enjoys being rude and the gym is letting her. She tend to pick on certain people on purpose.

dont ever go there everyone so mean they don't let you reserve your bike. They treat you like kids bathrooms are so filthy and dirty and stinky there's water everywhere. The Zumba classes room gets so moist the slippery I almost felt like four times don't even go there it's not worth your money. People are not friendly. they also took a lot of classes out and they hardly have any classes. No Bueno.. Relationship
