I had an uncomfortable experience due to inconsistent rule enforcement. A staff member told me my mini gym bag (the size of a small purse) was not allowed on the floor, yet I could clearly see other members with backpacks, tote bags, and larger gym bags working out without being approached. If there is a bag policy, it should apply to everyone. Being singled out while others were ignored didn't sit right with me and took away from what should've been a positive workout experience.

Old men in the jacuzzi just wearing underwear is absolutely disgusting and not gym etiquette. It has become normalized at this gym. I visit this location at least once a month and there is always an older man in the Jacuzzi just wearing his underwear specifically boxer briefs. I ride the stationary bicycle in the gym to warm up. The tv right in front of me has the Scientology Chanel on. I have asked several times to change the Chanel and they won't do it. Why is the Scientology Chanel on anyways???!??

What if someone was dealing with stomach problems and needed a few extra minutes in the restroom? That level of inflexibility shows a serious lack of understanding. This place used to be clean all the time and had phenomenal customer service. This was a few years ago...it seems like allnof the staff has been replaced and they are horrible. The bathrooms are dirty while all of them are at the front chatting it up. The greeting is all about them and their power trip no longer about the customer. What a shame

I finished a Matt Pilates class that had nothing to do with Pilates. It was yoga a little bit of like cardio dance. I took my first one with Megan last week on Saturday and absolutely loved. This new instructor Sara unfortunately I don't think she even knew her own choreography. If I'm being honest, this is the worst hour I have ever spent at the gym and I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful.
