It's been 3 years since my wife and I had a gym membership and let me tell you what an incredible experience it has been with Chuze Anaheim! Rosie signed us up and did a fantastic job going over details, getting to know us, AND also greeting people in and out AT THE SAME TIME! Super impressed. Before we signed up we did take a tour of the facility and were given a free week to try them out. The membership prices are very reasonable for the equipment variety and services that they provide. Starting the new year off with a review of my "main" gym. Since "going to the gym" is on a lot of people's New Year's resolutions, I'll add this one to the mix. You can get a 7 day trial to see if you like it. I originally signed up in 2017 at the Fullerton location but the Anaheim location opened mid/late last year and it was structured like the Corona location with a bigger pool and smoothie bar. Beautiful new gym, But parking is AWFUL. I haven't decided yet if spending 10-20 minutes looking for a parking spot is worth the convenience of this location.

Okay so really, let me tell you about the best gym ever. When I was in high school, I used to go to the Cypress location of Chuze, which was nice. Small, but friendly. However, this Anaheim location has blown all other locations out of the water!! Not only is the staff super fun and friendly (a nice greeting walking in AND out!), but all of the equipment is new, functioning, clean, and available! Just had an issue with my gym membership. Opened it up at cypress. Dude has my profile registered as a girl? The heck. Imbecile. Come over here and was told my gym membership doesn't work anymore because I'm basic at cypress and since cypress is open 24 hrs now I can only go there and cant come here. Wanted to go here instead for many reasons. Guy hears me out and takes care of my account for me promptly and upgrades me to premium. Was chill about it and answered all of my questions. Thanks Andrew, This is the email I received before writing the review, stating that nothing could be done, but that I would not be charged anymore and that my account would be canceled. However, based on what you are telling me now, my account is still active. That means I have no assurance that I won't continue being charged, especially since I was previously told my account was canceled. I got the membership because I saw a promotion for about $15.99/month back in 2024. I wanted to cancel my membership in November 2024 because I twisted my ankle, so I called the local club. They didn't tell me I could come in to cancel--instead, they told me to do it through the app and said it would be easy, just 3 clicks. That's exactly what I did. This place is always f-ing busy. Always have to be waiting in line for a machine or right on top of someone else. They are not 24 hours which I get it I guess, staff needs work life balance. However EVERYONE SWARMS THE GYM, it's like a bunch of roaches. Seriously need some reservation system like Disney or something because jeez. PLUS, for this to be a "better" gym than PF, everything seems to be broken or falling apart all the time.
