Police Officer's beware!!! You cannot carry your off-duty emergency backup weapon or have it in a bag on your person. Even if you show them your credentials they will deny you your right to carry because of "insurance ".

I was looking forward to this gym opening. On my way back home for work. It had the perfect location. They have the worst policies ever. Like no bags on gym floor, so I need to carry my towel, lifting belt, barbell collars, lifting straps, wraps all in my hands and put them on the floor. Also single person sauna (that's cool) but you have to wear a mask in a hot room drowning on your own sweat all by yourself. Ridiculous!! Remember what the gym looked like pre-pandemic? As in you couldn't get a machine or a bench because there were just too many people hanging out? Remember how you'd have to walk around looking for the free weights that were hidden and stacked under some wanna be NPC competitor? This is what it's like going to this gym. Better luck going to 24 hr fitness which is pretty much empty and gloriously so. Well, I got the More membership in hopes of getting into their team training classes. They have registration set up 12 hours before the actual start time. Mind you, there's only 14 spots (depending on which class you decide to do) so they get filled almost instantly. However, they have an option where you can get the reminder on your phone when registration opens. My friend and I were lucky enough to get a spot! The gym is nice but the customer service is terrible. The manager, Kristin, did nothing to resolve my issue. I signed up to this gym with the understanding that I would be able to bring in my 12 year old brother. The first time I brought him with me to the gym, they told me he needed to fill out a waiver because of his age. My stepmom left work early to fill out the paper and he was let in. The manager at this location Kristin did not take responsibility for her employees not being well trained. Each person had their own version of the rules. Employees do not understand the policies of the facility and they frustrated me by giving me the run around. I sign up for membership and then I'm told my son is not able to get a daily pass which was not what I was told when I signed up. They need to get their act together!!!
