I've been a member with them since they opened. There are pros and cons for sure. However, my reason for only two stars is because over a year ago I pointed out three machines that were not working. I have brought it up to them no less than 12 times and talk to at least six different people about it. One of them even a manager, who filled me in that much of the equipment they bought was used when they opened but she assured me that she would make sure they were fixed. That was six months ago. This place is a dump. I don't know how often they clean but I would say once a month, maybe? I wouldn't suggest the hot tub unless you want to catch something. I mentioned to the staff several times and they just ignored me. I'm not sure if other locations are as bad but definitely stay away from this place. Poor management for sure.

Worst place ever these lady was constantly coughing around me I ask Nicely wear face mask safety not only her self by others being as we don't know she may have the virus she got mad told staff I was threatened her another Karen strike again all because I ask her stop coughing around me and staff didn't do anything mean while I keep getting harass by these women who isn't here to work out

Gonna be honest. There are better gyms than this location. Its mostly a bunch of kids socializing and taking up the equipment. You can also find them just taking selfies by machines but not working out. Theyll play on their phones and not actually workout. Parking is terrible and theyre constantly breaking into the cars. There are people that actually wanna work out and not socialize but the staff doesnt seem to care much about that. I'm training for a marathon and after running 20 miles today We thought a dio in the jacuzzi would be great! My gym was closed today so I came with my brother as a guest to the Chuze in Fontana and my husband purchased a guest pass. We came dressed in our bathing suits and right off the bat the customer service was rude and unwelcoming. Probably like most gyms this gym loves to give out big contracts and make you pay the absolute most for this gym. First of all, they make it difficult to cancel your membership and once you do figure it out you'll be charged with a "cancellation fee". On top of that, they want you to forget about your account with them so they can keep charging you and eventually get you to pay another 50 dollars once the annual fee comes along. Recommend to sign up to Chuze. Clean gym and great staff. The workout classes are the best and you have plenty of classes to choose from. However I'm very upset that I was kicked out of the private workout room at 9 pm so she can mop the floor. I said I thought you guys close at 11pm?? She's like yeah you can come back after I mop and it's dried, :( Why are you mopping and closing up at 9. That's a job to do around 1030 when it's time to clean and get ready to close. Brand new gym and lots of equipment. You definitely get a lot from your money's worth, especially if you get the premium as they provide access to hydro massage, sauna, tanning booths, theater, group classes, and more. This place could have been a 5 star gym, but the ladies in the front desk were rude. The guys were busy helping people, but these two ladies could care less about the customers.
