I would give negative stars f I could to Daniela, for representing Chuze as a front desk. I had a reservation for a class. My son had an emergency I took him to urgent care in the morning. Took care of him and rushed to my fitness class bc I take my fitness seriously. I was 2 minutes late. I told Daniela what happened and if I could go into my class. No one debates the fact that joining a gym comes with some downsides. This gym turns on the 'idiot' in so many people, it's almost an epidemic. Is it the ego boost that comes from lifting heavy weights? Is it the enhanced sense of self-esteem? Is it the roids? Leave it to any of gym bros or the bad trainers here to saturate the idiots at this place with misinformation. It's funny how rapidly the wrong stuff spreads when it comes to strength training. Worst, completely lacking in customer service skills and diplomacy I have ever seen. My friend, a very lively, albeit flamboyant gay man, had his membership revoked. They said he didn't fit in with their culture, whatever that means. My friend cancelled my membership, and this took place in March. I was still being charged into July for membership fees and late fees. I was going to acquiesce and pay, but they made that impossible. Shady business. Read your contract carefully cause they'll try to get you however they can. Very MAGA, always playing Fox "News". I'm not sure about the buildings structural integrity. One day it was raining, a hole opened up in the ceiling, and filthy brown water POURED in drenching a few machines. Thankfully no one was on them at the time because that would have been horrible. We also recognize that there are many who would prefer no news at all. Given how divisive news stations can be, we are actually looking into removing all National News from the gyms and instead playing only local news. Giving this gym 1 star because I can't do less. The gym is ALWAYS crowded, parking SUCKS, and it isn't even close for me from where I live. The ONLY reason I opted for this gym is for the kids club. And I can't even use it. We have to pay the highest membership to have access to kids club and it is ridiculous that we arrive and they can't accept our children because of "max capacity" and "no available staff" when there are always a bunch of staff, atleast 3 in the front lobby laughing and joking. Tried again. Still funky. I don't understand why they won't ventilate the place once in awhile. What is wrong with opening the doors now and then??? I guess that's why it s called a gym and not a health club. There is nothing healty about that at all very disappointed.

If you want to go to a gym that has water leaking on its machines every time it rains, managers that are constantly on power trips, employees that turn off tvs before closing and announce closing time every 5 minutes before closing, water fountains that never get the filters changed and audio that never connects to its tvs, then this is your gym!

The actual physical staff are perfectly fine, no complaints about them. But this is a heads up if you're going to pay for the basic package expecting $10.99 monthly. You're actually going to pay a $99 enrollment fee and subsequently for the whole year this will be $240 for floor access for just the gym machines. Don't get hoodwinked like me clicking on their promotional $0 or $1 enrollment ad on instagram and being charged and then potentially hit with a $50 cancellation fee.
