This is my second time trying to take a class here and the yoga teachers are always late or don't show up completely. It's extremely frustrating and hopefully this can be resolved.

The only reason I am not giving this gym 5 stars is because of the infrared saunas! I love this place! It is always clean and even when it's packed there's always enough machines. HOWEVER!! They have two separate saunas, one for whoever wants to go in the with their membership and you can walk in with your shoes. Then the infrared saunas where you're paying $50 a month to be able to use them. Shoes ARE NOT ALLOWED in those because when you sit in these, you inhale everything in the room! I wanna start by saying I really like this gym. It's well kept, clean, and members wipe equipments and clean up after themselves. Staffs are friendly, they smile and acknowledge you when you arrive and leave which is awesome. Now here's where I have an issue. We buy their shakes after a workout often and these shake are not cheap. The past couple times we've gotten them, it has been very inconsistent. I just woke up and saw a fee of $42.99 charged to my card when my membership is only $32.99, it usually shouldn't be a problem, but since I just paid a fee of $82.98 two days ago, added up is way too much. The fee of $82.98 insisted the annual fee, last month's fee which I did not attend on any of those days, and a $10 fee; the reason for this is because the previous card was under the account wasn't able to go through the transaction as there was an issue with the card. Clean facility, nice front desk staff moreso in the evening, love the machines and the amount of squat racks they have. I go for both my own training and for the classes when available. I used to enjoy the classes such as Yoga or Studio Heated Barreless Burn, but incredibly disappointed that Alessandra is no longer teaching the course, Viani has been her replacement, and doesn't have the same technique ability for Barre or Pilates, and the class is simply no longer what it used to be. POTENTIAL MEMBERS BEWARE My recommendation is to anyone who decides to sign up... secure proof of any promises made when signing up for membership. One of the Chuze fitness managers left a bad impression as there was an implication that I was being dishonest. I've been going to Chuze for 2 years and I loved chuze. I had an issue with one of the machines and told employee Sydney about it. She told me it's not her problem and to figure it out. Not only was she nasty but every single time I go to chuze she follows me around and makes me feel uncomfortable. Her hostile behavior is unacceptable and no guest should be treated like that. The trainer/manager is super great and friendly!
