This gym is a combination of multiple commercial gyms: 24HR, LA FIT, and Planet Fitness. They close early at 8 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. It's pretty new so the equipment and facility are clean and new, so I was excited about that. However, just note that you aren't allowed to bring in "unauthorized fitness equipment", such as MAG bars or whatever you may wanna bring which one of their shift lead told me during my visit. They have a poor management team. They run out of running water for the shower and shut down the whole gym. Our class was starting already. We did not need a running water. It was a complete disrespect of our time how we managed to get there. 2) Today's My class was removed because I was 4 mins early. They told me I needed to come in 5 mins early to be in the class.. They should have given some time to find parking and etc. Hope management team is reading this review.

This is a poorly managed gym which is losing members due to overcrowding. When you go for no frills, you get what you pay for. If you are a parent and are thinking to sign up because of kids klub (childcare)...Beware they can simply turn you away due to being at capacity within (the very limited) hours they have kids club. If you read below, the same thing happens with their classes and similarly leads to people cancelling their membership. Their "customer service" oriented response is to tell you to "come early." I decided cancel this gym,I went to the hot room last weekend,The class starting time is 9:30,and that time I already get there part lot,Too many cars on there,Finally I got a space,the time is 9:35,I scam my QR,The door closed,Asked front desk she said "no class ,you can't into "I only late 5min because there horrible parking lot ,very BAD experience!! Important! There are massage chairs and they have a 30 minute basic program!!!! But the club decided to do a 10 minute program, it's so stupid! You are relaxing relaxing relaxing and the program is just interrupted, horrible! I asked for the full program to be included, to which they said no

Im really trying to give you guys the chance, and I still am. I did not have my means of transportation at the time, so I had a way to get to Chuze with my "electric scooter. Thus, ON MY FIRST DAY, (after my 7-day trial ended) I was walking only to be greeted as I was a "criminal". It was demeaning and I almost felt like I was not welcome here. I typically swipe my dad in as a guest on Sunday mornings, then rest in my car for an hour or two. The manager approached me, saying this wasn't allowed and threatened to revoke my pass, claiming this was my 3rd or 4th warning from him. I've been a member since the club's inception, and I've never been informed that this was against their policy, nor have I encountered this manager before. While I respect the rules, I didn't appreciate the hostile approach.

Honestly don't know why there's so many 5 star reviews, you can even walk around the gym with a gym bag. If you're a true gym person you know that's a dealbreaker. They only allow something as small as a fanny pack. Really pointless for people trying to get a real workout. Also you have to have the premium membership in order to use anything other than the main floor. Everything is locked and you need to have the upgraded membership.
