Love the gym I don't love the parking situation. It shouldn't take 30-40 min to find a spot.

great. always clean. very respectable. always equipment available. great vibes from both employees and customers. Staff members Joey and Clarence are exceptional. But such are all of them, just do not know all names. All hard working all greeting, multi tasking jobs that is a rarity today. deserve raises.

Chuze fitness La Verne, CA Date went 6/3/26 Amenities at this location - Outdoor gym area - Theater - Sauna - Steam room - Daycare - Group fitness rooms I've been going to this location for about at least 3 years now. I've gone to other locations too but this one is by far my favorite and feels the least cramped. I specifically go to this location because I do the group fitness class with Diane. When I first signed up, I had the pleasure of meeting Joey. He was very genuine and pleasant to be around. He walked me through the gym and told me a little bit about himself. Thereafter, I've seen him several times and he always goes out of his way to wave, smile, and or say hello. I constantly see him working and or greeting guest. La Verne location is, by far, my favorite club to go to drop off my girls at Kids Club. They always love to go in the evenings when Bela and Damaris are on shift! They brighten the room and actually engage with the older kids, my girls specifically go towards the end of the week when we can find those 2 girls. The art at the entrance is my personal favorite, so inviting, with the kid's name, it really stands out from Rancho, makes my girls feel welcomed. The gym is clean, the sauna is good, and the classes are enjoyable. However, there are some issues that affect the experience. In the Zumba classes, some participants leave water bottles on the floor to reserve spots for friends who arrive late. I usually get there early to get a good spot, but it feels unfair when spots are already being saved. Also, during one visit to the sauna, a member was throwing water directly onto the heater, which seemed very unsafe. I hope management can address these issues so everyone can enjoy... read more

I've been a member at Chuze Fitness for almost two years and it's been a really great experience for both me and my daughter. One thing I've always appreciated is how welcoming the entire staff is. Everyone knows my daughter by name, and when we walk in she runs around giving hugs because the environment is just that friendly. The Kids Club is amazing. Regardless of how people afford their membership, there is one offered through insurance. I called ahead several weeks ago asking about the 1st time using, one pass. It seemed straight forward over the phone. I showed up with my husband, It's a facility in the area that at "basic membership", you are prohibited from taking a class unless you pay more.
