Before you read my review please keep in mind that I've been frequenting both public and private gyms, on a regular basis, since the early 1990's. I also currently have memberships to 6 different gyms which include Chuze, Crunch, LA Fitness, Gold's and 2 private facilities. This has allowed me to experience a wide variety of locations all over LA County as well as the country over a long period of time. The workers Ash, Jackie, and Lacie are amazing at customer service and make you feel so welcome! Chatting with them really makes the experience enjoyable and pushes me to come the next day. They always greet you with a smile and kindness and nothing less!

Great gym. Staff is always friendly. The parking lot is always packed. Other than that it's a great gym.

I have been coming here since they opened mainly for the kids club and the classes. I am a morning time gym person (9am) so it's usually not too, too busy. The girls in the kids club are always so friendly, my kids have fun. The staff in the front always greet you as you walk in and leave. The classes and teachers are great, just set you app to notify when you can reserve or need to cancel. They know my order for my shake. Never had any complaints. I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviews on here are pretty accurate. There are a lot of high school kids clogging the machines, usually 3-4 at a time talking more than working out. I'm guessing a lot of these people are from neighboring Pomona? Nevertheless, some of the machines need to be fixed as they've been sitting busted up for a while now. I enjoy chuze la Verne But complaints are as follows Maybe get more stair masters equipment, they are popular and are always occupied, maybe remove the ones that are seldom used. Secondly and more important Clean the steam room. A hot environment is a breeding ground for bacteria and mildew. Human oils , sweat , dead skin cells I've seen guys spit and blow their noses in there. You can see the grime on the walls and on the door. Bacteria and illness can result in a hot inclosed area. I've been to so many gyms in the general area from diamond bar, to Pomona to here and this is without a doubt the best gym experience I've had ever. The amenities are top tier, more than enough machines so even if some are down there's always extra and it dosent take much to wait for someone to get off. Highly recommend the Kids Club at this location. Very clean, organized and upbeat kids club. Workers are all wonderful, my kiddos love coming here. My kids ask for a worker named Bella? Unfortunately haven't seen her in a while, hopefully she still works there, my kids love working with her. Overall all the ladies are kind, environment is awesome and always looks clean. This is the best kids club compared to the other IE ones I've visited for a day.
