The vibe and quality of the gym is great. I love coming here! However, I'm giving three stars because the maintenance team is rude. You could be in the middle of a heavy set or running on the treadmill and here comes the cleaning crew spraying chemicals in the air for you to breathe or stand directly in front of you throwing your flow off. I totally understand cleaning is important and needed, but does it have to be done while people are clearly working out? Super packed and yes youngsters hang out and hog all the weight training machines. The sauna's door doesn't keep all of the heat inside. What I enjoyed was the water therapy and the outdoor area. Little to no parking. Loved that they have a kids club so parents can workout while they watch your kids for a fee. Service was good and again, the quality of certain areas are ok. I know one of the water therapy chairs was broken and there was about 3 working ones for the rest of the members.

I've been a Chuze Fitness member for several years. First, frequenting the Cypress location, then Garden Grove once it opened, then Fullerton and Anaheim. When I moved to LA county, I was a bit sad that it wouldn't be an option anymore. I joined other gyms but none were as clean nor the staff as nice as Chuze. When I heard a Chuze was opening in La Verne, I was so excited. It's still a 7 mile trek from my house but worth the drive if it isn't rush hour. Thank you James! For making my final experience at Chuze (La Verne) a great one. Although, unfortunately, I did have to cancel my membership today (ONLY bc I'm relocating and there are no locations anywhere near me) James went above and beyond to not only assist me with my request, he also took the opportunity to train a new crew member while doing so. I've been coming to Chuze for a few months after it opened recently in 2023 and I wanted to wait before I reviewed to see how the service and maintenance of the gym progressed. I can now report that everything has stayed as great as it was when I first started coming here. It gets the job done, but parking is awful as mentioned in all the other reviews. Also the cardio cinema is always so stuffy, idk why they don't turn the air on a bit more in that room. Staff is friendly enough, and it's pretty clean.

Absolutely love Chuze and all of their staff members! My husband has a Golds gym membership( offered by his job) and he says he loves Chuze so much more. They have everything I need! Staff at all the Chuze I've been to is super friendly & the gym is always clean. With them for 5yrs and not going anywhere.

I like this gym the staff is very friendly and it has everything I need. I don't like how crowded it is even off of peak hours it's still pretty crowded and difficult to find parking almost always. There are some areas where the equipment is too close to eachother and is uncomfortable. I love the outdoor area as it is less crowded but on days where it's especially hot you can't use it. I am not a person who loves to exercise, but I absolutely love the AquaFit classes at Chuze. The classes are fun, and I always feel that I have gotten a good workout. They have recently added a Saturday morning class, for which I am very grateful. I really like going to Chuze because the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is fresh and clean. The low noise level is perfect. I highly recommend Chuse Fitness!
