I love this gym but the problem is how overcrowded it' is all the time and for some reason it's all 20year olds . I was at the gym today and for some reason everyone has to be taping their workouts , I don't know why staff allows people to do this all the time . I will be cancelling my membership and finding other gyms where you can get some privacy !

Amazing gym only complaint is the men's showers. The ADA showers has a broken hose holder which has been broken for several months. Staff has been notified but still has not been fixed. Today no hot water. Hopefully, it gets fixed.

Super bummed because from literally one week to the next, they painted all the curves red so they lost about 30 parking spots and it is crazy. Ridiculous to try to find parking these days. Definitely thinking about leaving the gym and going somewhere else because going around at least 3 to 5 times every time I come water time and it is just getting just too bad now that they got rid of all those parking spots. The city of La Verne recently had to paint the curbs nearest to our outside turf, due to fire safety. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over the parking lot since it is in a shopping center. I am so disappointed. I wrote a review based on getting into their hot yoga/stretch/ Pilates etc. ok, it was a horrible experience to even get into a class! I wanted to give more chances and removed my review. Ok- I have gone online exactly 1 hour prior, I have watched the clock, signed up for their notifications, set my own, got on a few min prior and refreshed a couple times- it is a 100 crap shoot. Some of their staff doesn't know how to address things with a professional attitude. Between the immature staff and the fashion show that some of the customers are more concerned about than their actual workout, this place reminds me of a high school gym! Maybe hiring some adults could help this place to be a little better balanced just a thought:)

This location made me close my membership. I suggest the Fontana location, staff there are very friendly and don't waste your time. The steam room has been out of service for about 5 months, and the staff never refilled the gym wipes so people don't wipe down the equipment.

How sad was wanting to experience the hydro massage no staff around to validate the request had cleaning staff to check me in waited for it to begin and the machine didn't work. Need staff inside the massage center would be more valuable.

Not the friendliest Chuze in terms of those greeting people at the front, but the front entrance staff are courteous, and overall it's still a nice atmosphere. The class instructors are the best, super friendly and welcoming, and wonderful at what they do. Everything is kept very clean throughout. The major downside of this location, and why I am unable to go to the gym certain days, is not being able to find parking. I've had to drive back home a few times. Beautiful gym, beautiful atmosphere but poor communication within the staff on memberships. My wife and I tried to get a more membership twice and the same result happened, they never signed us up for it and made my guest pay $10. This was back in May when we got our membership. I hate that this has happened twice and I hope this issue gets resolved in the future because it shows poor communication for a business.
