Horrible GM manager Jason destroyed my son that has extreme mental illness schizophrenia paranoia and told my son that nobody there liked him .he became so paranoid over the months he stopped all meds and is really bad anyone and Jason is lying to save his own ass

I'm sure this is a great place to go work out, but their patrons take up a huge majority of the parking spaces in that center. Makes it impossible to shop anywhere else in the shopping center. That's a pretty arrogant response. Certainly I would expect that you're happy that people are coming to your establishment. Has nothing to do with one seeing the silver lining in regards to their own fitness and mental health. Some don't need an audience to do so. This gym used to be the answer to all the fitness prayers in the area UNTIL, they rolled out the company program that allows you to schedule classes 2-3 days AHEAD of time. So, if the class is full then you have to continually check the website.... Who has time for that! I don't. Any gym brat will tell you their workout schedule is a plan. Had the plan when I first started and I was able to take any classes, including Pilates, yoga and all of a sudden, now in order to take those classes, I have to go to the higher plan. Pilates becomes more popular and now they wanna charge for it. If that was the case, you should've charged extra from the beginning.

Get it together Chuze! 7 treadmills down it's anever ending story . It's frustrating this is the only gym I've been to that has an issue with downed equipment. I I go in early in the morning because it's impossible to find parking .

I signed up on a membership here a few months ago, very happy with the overall gym experience but they really need to stop hiring all these kids!! It makes the company look unprofessional. One of the blonde boys who works the front desk, had these hickeys all over his neck! was very disappointed to find out he is one of the MANAGERS!! That gives the whole company a bad look!!

Places is going downhill fast. When it opened and it was new, it was great. Now, cannot say the same thing. Overcrowded with high school kids that all bring a friend, because their memberships allow them to. So it is always crowded with high school kids clogging up all the equipment. Equipment that takes forever to be repaired because.... they do not have a tech on site, he is scheduled. How do you run a gym that is so busy but don't have your own staff to fix stuff? The vibe is 20 year olds and it's over crowded. Staff comes off as fake, the sauna doors don't seal, the equipment isn't like your standard gym... if you don't like those this isn't your gym. Spare the mgmt response Andrew. It's an opinion meant to share insight.
