I thought I joined a gym. However it's more like a fashion show and definitely a photo shoot Everywhere you look there are girls taking pictures of them selfs! And I mean everywhere! It's pricey and you get very little help. The best part of this place is the massage chairs. I don't think it will be around long. They need to block cameras all together while anywhere in the gym!

Absolutely do not come between the hours of 4-6pm otherwise your just walking into a highschool JV weightlifting class. I understand everyone is allowed to workout but Jesus christ you'd think 4-5 teens on one machine would be an exaggeration. Consider mondays your cardio day because unless your going early mid morning or late at night your screwed for machines and weights.

I come here all the time with my partner, and she has a more membership, so I get to come in as her guest. Today she was running late for a class and I dropped her off at the front so I could find parking (which is usually impossible to find). I came in and told them that she already started her class, and they denied me entrance because the member must be there for check in. I tried to contact her but she was already in a class! I just want to be clear that we are talking about headphones here. Noise cancelling headphones to accommodate his disability. I consider having babies whom are on the workers hips the entire time more specialized care than my son needs. I spoke with them on several occasions and when I went to cancel my membership they couldn't care less about the cancellation or the reason. Look I've been with Chuze for about 14 months now consistently 5 to 6 days a week I love there gyms and even this new on in La Verne is beautiful with great equipment but the staff is not very friendly or have any customer service skills the steam room has been shut down for weeks and today I had a bad experience with a so called manager who wasn't even polite enough to tell me how to fix my problem with my membership she just instead gave me attitude when I was clearly showing her that I paid my dues for the month guess it'... read more

Yesterday 6/30 a man (he could've had an accomplice, but a man stole my car) entered the women's locker room per the police , broke a lock and stole a bag with vaulables(another person) then Proceeded to steal my bag from my locker that had my car keys in it. We went to the front desk , they didn't do anything. I went outside and my car was stolen... Chuze fitness in La Verne is a amazing gym which is nice and luxurious but they are missing some Common Sense things that are provided even at LA FITNESS and 24 hr Fitness: : Soap and Shampoo dispensers in the showers. Hair Dryer, Other then that. everything else is good so far. I tried suggesting it to the front desk but they said that they don't provide it and I said maybe you should suggest it. We have found over the years that the complimentary soaps provided inside of our showers were being misused and many times, the dispensers were purposely being damaged.
