I have always been a fan of this gym since I started there in May of this year. Unfortunately, my experience there today was horrible and I will be more than likely cancelling my membership. I pay an extra $40 a month to take my 3 kids to the kids club. Due to extenuating circumstances, we have not gone the last two months. However I went today, three kids in tow, and was excited to finally get back to my work out routine. You need to be VERY CAREFUL and ask to see everything you are signing when joining. They will tell you it's month to month when there is a one year commitment and a fee to cancel. Their sales tactics are not honest. I would join elsewhere - if they lie to you about the membership then they will lie to you about the safety of the facility and it's cleanliness.
More nickel and dime BS. Their rewards program includes the choices Cr of redeeming some points for a smoothie "valued up to $7.00" But don't try to do regular elementary school math with the smoothie menu. The $5.95 smoothie with the $1.00 protein add-in does not keep you below $7.00....it's "not available because the add-in doesn't count as part of a smoothie...it's an add-in." Usually thrilled with this gym unfortunately today I was not let into a studio class because I was two minutes late after checking my child into the kids club. No exceptions!! I guess even for parents who pay more to use the child care service and pay for a More membership. Disappointed is the only word I can use.

I went into the gym off Monaco, in denver on the last day of the month and was told that my membership was a month overdue. I was informed that I either needed to pay or get out. As I was trying to ask how that could be possible since I've been getting in the entire month, Ralphie the manager, was more intent on interrupting me and asserting his dominance over the fact that either I paid or left the facility .
