I did a free trial and only ended up going once. I didn't end up using any of the additional amenities, just the gym equipment and machines. The massage chairs, etc. looked nice, but felt unnecessary. (Not sure how people make the time for it in addition to a long workout.) I could only find one water bottle refill station and it was difficult to find / far away. You need to bring your own lock for the locker room and it was small. The smoothies were good though!

Business response:

Hi Kalina, Thank you for the 4-star review and for sharing this feedback with us. We are glad that overall you enjoyed your visit with us and we hope to see you again one day! Kindly, Chuze Fitness

This gym is probably the worst gym I've ever had a membership too. As a mom who needs a gym with a kids club so that I can get my workouts in, it is absolutely ridiculous to be turned away because the kids club is wait listed or randomly closed. They are only open for 4 hours at a time yet get wait listed for an hour. Am I supposed to waste my time waiting an hour to work out? Not only the kids club but the people who work out here and hog machines. Teenagers hoarding equipment and being disrespectful. This place sucks. Not ... read more

Business response:

Hello Meghann, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We have a waitlist for our Kids Club based on room capacity and ensuring that we stay within our child-to-adult ratio. This is for the safety of each child while visiting. We apologize that this has caused any disruption during your visits with us. We are sorry to hear that our facility has not met your expectations but we wish you the very best. Kind regards, Chuze Fitness

This gym is ok, I go here because it's by my house. Before this, I went to California family fitness. I very much prefer calfit, but this gym is ok. One issue I have is people recording in the locker rooms, it seems like people are constantly recording content for social media in the bathrooms but I don't want to end up on the internet. Also, they have the coldest showers. For a while they had no hot water and now they have lukewarm water. I like a hot shower after a work out so that sucks. Otherwise, it's a pretty stand... read more

Business response:

Hi Missy, Thank you for the review and feedback. We do have many members who love to document their progress, and while we do allow recording and photo taking, we ask that they do not get other members in the back of their pictures or videos. If you notice anything that goes against this policy, then we do invite you to bring this up to a Team Member onsite and they will be happy to appropriately approach the situation. We will additionally be sure to follow up with the appropriate teams regarding the water temperature. ... read more

My wife and I have been coming here for a couple months now and using the sauna at the end of our work out is part of our routine. This morning, one of the staff members came in the sauna and asked me to put a shirt on because it's "co-ed." I asked if this applies to the steam room and pool since they are "co-ed" areas, and she said it's required in the steam room but not the pool. The rules out side the steam room say "swim suites required" not shirts. I've never been to a gym that requires this. It's not posted on the r... read more

Business response:

Hi Justin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your experience. We followed up on your inquiry and received some clarity. Shirts are required in the sauna, but not in the steam room. This is because the sauna is in a more public area and we didn't want members leaving and walking around the gym shirtless which is also not allowed. In the steam room, however, shirts are not required. This is because it is in the pool area that connects to the locker rooms. We do apologize for any incorrect informat... read more

Joined a few weeks ago, primarily for the pool. Pool area is very clean and well maintained. Not ever very crowded. Rest of the gym seems the same as all others. My only complaint is the locker room set up is terrible. The lockers are set up directly in front of a huge mirrored wall. Since anyone under 30 can't fathom not taking selfies or videos of themselves there is the constant concern of being caught in the background of someonew picture whilst fully naked. I'm now concerned enough about this that I change in the shower... read more

Business response:

Thank you for the 4 star rating. We appreciate your feedback and are thrilled that you're loving the gym. Unfortunately, whether mirrors are present or not, selfies are a very common thing everywhere. We do however have signs as you suggested in both of our locker rooms asking members to not take photos in there. If you notice this rule not being followed, we invite you to report it right away as we'll be happy to address it. We thank you again for sharing your experience and look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindly,... read more

Whoever thought of charging people to cancel a gym membership can kick rocks. I literally can't afford the gym anymore and they want me to pay them $100 to cancel mine and my husbands membership?! Even when I'm trying to do it far enough in advance that I don't get charged for this month. What The actual fuck?! Never joining a gym again without knowing their cancelation policy.

Business response:

Hello Keely, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding our cancellation policy. We do give our members the option to pay a $50 cancellation fee when they are still within their membership commitment, rather than paying the remainder of their contract. Additionally, we do have a 10-day policy to avoid any auto withdrawals. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We wish you the best on your future fitness endeavors! Warm regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services

Great place, but there are many who stand around and socialize while using equipment. Many days, I can barely get a full workout in. I live an hour away, so 6pm (busy time) is the only time I have free for a workout. I'm looking into switching to another less crowded gym.

Business response:

Hello Stephanie, We are sorry to hear of your frustration, but we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We hope you are able to find a facility that better meets your needs! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services

Great facility, but their setup and payment process is a bit of a nightmare, so looking at other options. When I went to set up the membership on the site I entered my bank account information and it would not let me proceed forward unless I added my credit card info too. Why? That's two ways to get compromised and I see nothing on their site about it being a secure payment platform. Why would you need my card info if you have my bank and routing info? I kept trying to proceed forward, but it wouldn't let me. Also, it's cons... read more

Extemly crowded. Lot of young guys just socializing and holding up machines. Like a social club for the guys16-22 yrs old. Usually have to wait just to use equipment. Parking sucks as well.

Business response:

Hi Dee, Thank you for contacting us. We completely understand. On one hand, we agree with you and do regret to hear of your frustrations. We know crowds can be bothersome and impact your workout. On the other hand, we're thrilled to see so many members taking an interest in their physical and mental health, just as you have. We hope you'll see that silver lining too and cheers to getting through the toughest years we've ever seen! Thank you again for reaching out to us and we hope to see you again soon!
