This gym is awesome! Incredibly clean and so many amenities! They have a cinema where you can workout and watch a movie, a super nice relaxing area with hydromassages and anything you'll need on the workout floor! Mystica gave me a great tour! And they also have a smoothie bar that is delicious! excited to be a member here!

Left Cal-Fit for Chuze and I have to say, I don't regret it one bit. Big facility, new equipment and good customer service. It's new, so it's busy but not that bad. Only complaint, is their "bag policy" I usually have a backpack with me, so not being able to have my backpack with me when I workout is a small adjustment. But overall it's been a good.

This place just opened up in birdcage walk. Seems great so far with a large variety of equipment and workout areas membership start at $10 a month but I recommend the $30 a month option. They have all of the amenities of a nicer gym at the price of a planet fitness.

For the third time now, I haven't been able to use the massage chair and relax; it keeps asking for some kind of password--one is a hydro-massage chair, and the other is just a regular massage chair that won't turn on at all. I can't figure out why; I've been coming here for three days in a row. I don't get why it's not working. The gym isn't exactly empty, either. Honestly, I still don't really understand what makes it different from the others.

When I first started I was sold on the movie room being the most air conditioned in the facility. Last 2 times I went in, it was hotter and more humid than everywhere else. I felt dizzy after just 15 minutes of working out because it was so hot in the room. When I went to the front to sign up for a massage chair, I waited in line for 14 minutes while 4 different workers looked at me and walked past me without saying anything or calling for help to the front desk. My dad and I were on my brother's membership. After almost three weeks of us all going, today they tell us that only one can come at a time. Multiple team members have been seeing us and hadn't said anything. The website even says unlimited buddy passes which is very misleading. They weren't even trying to help us being that we were already there. The customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. If all you care about is cardio- it's fine and I recommend it. Staff has been great as well. Lifting equipment is just awful. Limited space, awful machines. Just try the peck deck - worst machine I've ever seen. Needs 2x the cable towers. 1pm 3pm 5pm - anytime- lines for equipment. I now drive 20 extra minutes each way to go somewhere else.
