It's frustrating that this gym seems to be very good at opening early and closing late, but only on weekdays. How come you guys close at 8pm on weekends?? People with jobs exist and it's frustrating to be excited for a gym that is closed before I remember oh yeah they close at EIGHT in the afternoon. Highly considering switching to another local gym that doesn't do this smh

I don't write reviews but honestly this pmo. I pay $20 a month to use the equipment and features of the gym such as the pool, just to be told to get out of the pool at 5:30pm because they decided to host their acrobatic swim with no warning signs or warning prior to me entering the pool, let alone gym. I understand the older generation tends to enjoy this feature but when I get kicked out of a 3 lane pool for a little jump around and float in a pool class, that's kinda ridiculous and annoying. I had their class membership and every time I wanted to book a class it was already all booked up, so many people all the time, not enough classes per number of people going and parking is absolutely ridiculous. The equipment is nice if you just want to do machines

My daughter, who is a minor, signed up for this gym through the online app. She tried to cancel shortly after when she saw how much they were trying to charge her, and my older daughter had ended up in a coma and on life support and we were always at sutter hospital. They refused to cancel her membership, are continuing to try to charge for an adult rate despite the fact that they have a copy of her license and the annual fee even though she cancelled. This gym is a nightmare. The spa rarely works and there is often a wait for child care. If you want to have a negative experience all around then yes, chuze this gym.

The management has an ego bigger then the wights they have, just because you bring a guest that I pay for the staff will harass me saying "you can't do personal training here. Huh? That's my partner that's we now both pay for after months... not looking like we will be doing that again here again yikes...

As you can see from my two previous reviews I have given the management at this location ample time to respond to the many requests from myself and others to monitor the circuit area. They have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they do not care about the negative experiences that occur from rude members that do not want to follow the rules. I cancelled my membership today because of this.

THEY MAKE YOU WEAR A SHIRT IN THE SAUNA. again, they make you wear a shirt in the sauna! Because of "minors" such a terrible policy to have. Cancelled my membership right then and there. That is just insane! Decent gym other than that, but DO NOT get a membership here if sauna is an important part of your routine and you're a dude.

The app is not good. It did not let me know sign in, even though I created an account online. When I went there for the first time for a swim, I did not take my wallet. Turns out they need the ID, which is fine. I said I would bring it next time and showed them my membership email. But if seems they are stricter than the boarder security.
