I've explored a few other ChuzeFitness locations to determine the best one and decided this isn't my first pick. I would rather take the hour drive home than go to this location 20 minutes from my place of work. Why? It's simply overcrowded and upon immediate entry smells like a bottle of vinegar. The location is terribly placed as well. Located on the second floor, where the first floor is vacant and would make me feel worried for my safety if I decided to have a lift past sunset. 3/5 because they had plenty of equipmen... read more

We apologize if it was too pungent. You probably caught us right after we used it. We get it about the crowds. This location is very central so we get patrons from all over. The staff here is super nice and professional! The gym is a smaller gym but is kept very clean, especially compared to gyms like 24 hour fitness. The parking can be tough, but overall this gym is worth it. I hope they open more locations around San Diego.

Significantly better than Santee location where everything's broken & no one cares. The Staff here do care, but it's still a cheap gym. Additionally there are issues w/ parking & the water periodically turned off My biggest annoyance is that they don't have dedicated bench presses. You end up setting up a bench in the squats stand, so I'm taking up time on 2 pieces of equipment, & I'm taking them up for longer than if they had dedicated bench presses (because of set up & break down), in an already overcrowded gym. Please also note that we have a parking lot in the back with many more spots including a back entrance to the shopping center. Unfortunately, the building and piping are old, so we've experienced a number of water main breaks. Luckily, all seems fine for now.
