Milan and Kenya of Redwood Personal Training were awesome. By simply applying some tips and a demo they gave me , I upped my workout several notches . I was stuck in a plateau before meeting them, and they showed me some key changes to make to my workout that made me sweat and really feel that I accomplished way more in muscle training in just a few minutes - compared to much more time that I had put in on my own. Organized, helpful and always clean (literally someone is always mopping or wiping something down)! Juice and protein bar, massage chairs and infrared sauna (so good for inflammation). Oh, and while they could have more classes these are helpful for when I don't want to think about what I'm doing.

Since the time I started going to Chuze I've been welcomed by the staff and been treated respectfully and with kind hospitality. I especially enjoy the smoothies and health drinks that are prepared. Every staff member that has made one for me has made the drinks perfectly and worth the money charged. I haven't missed a day purchasing one. I'm always welcome with a hello, and smile.
