I want to say DON'T GO TO THIS GYM, because I don't want anyone else to join so I don't have to fight for machines and services. I was at 24-hour fitness across the freeway for the past year. When I had my first workout at this Mission Valley Chuze, I was blown away by the staff, equipment condition, variety, lighting, and quantity of equipment. I accidentally signed up for a membership with this gym, when I intended to only do a one month pass. I called up their customer service, spoke to an attendant briefly and was transferred to Kyle. Kyle was extremely helpful and attentive. He communicated well and help me to resolve my issue. I would one thousand percent recommend Chuze fitness for anyone looking for a gym with many amenities and friendly staff.

Awesome gym ! Very welcoming staff an great gym equipment layout . Extra bonus points for having a smoothie bar I can definitely see myself being a member here.

Customer service at this location is always top notch, the employees make this location a great place to work out at and keep me coming back to it. Plenty of other gyms near my home and i still come to this gym either on my way home from work or on my days off ill drive close to 15 mins to get here. I prefer this one to the other locations in Chula Vista, National City, and La Mesa.
