Okay so I signed up with Chuze when they first opened this location and I immediately canceled I decided to come back and give it another shot because every other gym is closed in my area So for starters the gym is alot cleaner than most gyms I've been to, and the staff is okay Nothing amazing as I constantly find gym weights littered all over and that means nones coming around to make sure weights are being put back etc The price is... well kinda tricky For the cheapest membership they charge 15$ a month + sign up fee... read more

Just so everyone knows I guess there's a "three strike policy" for masks which I totally understand they are trying to stay open.. however, I was stopped in the middle of my work out when it had fell under my nose, and then five minutes later I was at my locker where I pulled my mask down (cuz I was leaving) then and ONLY then was I made aware of the three strike policy....They informed me I now I only have one strike left ! I was told one more strike and they will freeze my account and kick me out until masks are no longer ... read more

It's terribly unfortunate that we even have to have this policy, but alas, we had to implement it as many individuals seem to not take mask wearing seriously. If I could give this place 0 reviews I would but the facility is great and clean. The reason I'm giving this review is due to the fact that the manager at this location reached out to me. An employee notified her that I was taking a picture of her, I was right by the lockers near the front. I was going off on my husband for not giving me a kiss (I'm also 22 weeks pregnant and these hormones have been a rollercoaster so bless his soul.) So we were going back and forth on our messages. I am definitely disappointed that this gym allows people like JAREDEDMANUELE to record inside the gym this kid actually brings his camera from him and records himself not taking in consideration that other people are in the video my daughters were been recorded by this kid while Squatting not only will I call corporate but I'll be getting a lawyer. This is not okay!!!

i called chuzefitness to cancel my husbands membership. They are telling me that they cannot refund the monthly charges they just charged and the membership fees that they just charge. first my husband never got a notice that the gym re-open. they are telling me they cannot refund the following charges 10/19/20 monthly fee 10/13/20 membership what a ripped off. Do not sign up for this gym .
Very upset and disappointed with ChuzeFitness! Incorrect billing and refuse to issue a refund! I have called many times to cancel my membership and they continue to charge my monthly bill and the annual fee! The manager Mark Johnson response to me was there is no proof of my attempts to cancel therefore they do believe me. He said I needed to send them an email. I was never told this. The reps I spoke to didn't put notes in my account and the 1 that did, put only part of the notes. I mentioned I even left a voicemail ... read more

I absolutely hate this gym. I was charged for the 5 days in September that they were opened, plus the annual fee even though they have been closed most of the year and I supposedly had my account frozen. They said I can only be refunded $13 of the $36 that I am being charged for the 5 days in September that they were opened. How does that make sense? Not even freezing your membership keeps these money hungry people out of your account. Pro tip, Check your account for extra fees.

I joined because of the hours and they've changed twice due to COVID. It seems that they totally are embracing this "Scamdemic ". Was walking in and pulling up mask at same time yet the "Covid cop" still couldn't wait to say "please send put your mask on". Ray. Harley could've seen I was putting it on already. To many "cute" little social distancing signs and annoying messages over intercom every 5 minutes. I'm 57. I don't need to be treated like a 3 year old.
