a nice facility and decent rates... when you can actually use the equipment that is. ever since the pandemic this facility is constantly over capacity and has more traffic than the busiest times BEFORE the pandemic hit.

Staff here is friendly and amenities are nice. However, the gym runs over capacity at all times, I have been there early in the morning, at noon, at night and the gym is nearly about to explode with people at all times. There's people fighting all the time for machines and people staring at you all the time waiting for you to finish using the machines. A one hour workout ends up being a two hour workout since there's waiting time to use weights or a machine. Honestly you're better off working out in your house, it's impossib... read more

went in to enroll today(april7) and met with front desk receptionist noah...while we were talking over the rules and fees he would get frustrated when I asked questions and overall just didn't know how to deal with me. If you're trying to sell me a membership why would you be frustrated with negativity it should be the opposite. Great facility tho and most the staff seems friendly but I did not have a pleasant experience with noah.

Update: it's as bad as I expected. The reservation system is for 130 people but that does not mean the cap is at that number. When I went last night there were 230 something people there (I asked) and no machines available. You cannot even use the Circuit training because everyone is using the machines at random, people are doing personal training on the circuit machines with friends which throws off the whole point of the circuit or are using it at their own pace not moving along. This place is extremely packed every single time I want to enjoy a good workout! So much for COVID protocol. Anyway, if you're expecting an enjoyable workout without any stress, good luck!!!

Updated score, just wanted to get the attention of the gym! Its a great gym especially for the cost. Old review: Only giving it a low score to get attention. Its an amazing gym. 5 stars. The people that work out here a terrible, horrible gym manners. But when your one of the few gyms opens on the border of orange county and riverside county i guess you cant help it. 0 out of 5 stars Disappointed with how the corona facility handles mask wearing. There are multiple signs around the facility requiring masks be worn properly (over nose and mouth) but it appears that this rule is not enforced. A good third of the gym goers don't don masks properly... and in front of the staff members. Staff members are not doing anything to stop the spread of COVID in their facility and it is maddening! I received a free guest pass to check out this gym since I am looking to join and wanted to see what it was all about. Unfortunately, when I got here to use the pass I was inform that I would need to pay $10.
