This is by far the worst gym ever! When you try to cancel your membership they give u the runaround, they have no corporate office number and they charge you for everything! Very displeased! You have to email for someone to help you instead of contacting them by calling, it's just back and fourth b.s. there is an L.A. fitness up the block I would just got there

Do not come here if you want to get harassed and cancel your membership because you are "recording" your workout in a "public" gym. What a joke. Very terrible service would give a 0 if i could!!

Well I really do like to come lift here most of the time staff is friendly . The place is always clean . There are some flaw tho that I don't think have anything to do with the staff there . I signed up to this gym back when it was 24hours and after COVID it doesn't seem like they will be going back to that . Some of us don't have time and it sucks to pay for a gym we can't go too . Not only have their classes' quality declined a lot, as well as that of their coaches, so has their customer service and customer relations. Even though crew members act like they care to your face they really don't and loyalty as a customer is unappreciated in the end. The faculty at this gym are biased when it comes to disputes and issues between customers. I have been going to this gym for 4 years. The faculty here (Cassie & Lydia) will allow members to belittle and verbally assaults others inside there facility Chuze is victim shaming

You can keep deleting comments all day! DO NOT USE THIS GYM! Their coach who we've deemed Ectasy Elizabeth nods of during class and has the room temp so hot it feels like we got VIP seats to hell. Management doesn't do ish instead deletes comments and charges you $50 to cancel membership after not checking their crappy employee‼Management left me on read and rather lose a loyal client than address the unprofessional trainer Elizabeth. Thinking of dropping my membership because I've been waiting for Chuze to go back to 24 hours. It's packed all hours of the day. Don't give me the excuse of COVID when when yall packing people in your gym like sardines lmao Yall causing a covid breeding ground smh At this point I feel like Chuze just doesn't feel like doing 24 hr services anymore. Planet Fitness went back to 5/24, Chuze should be able to or at least open at 3am Annoying

I made the mistake of joining this gym during covid, while my gym was closed. As soon as my gym reopened I canceled this gym 63 days after signing up. Since I am was 3 days over 60, they would not refund the annual fee of $59.99. that was in April of 2021. As I write this (1-29-2022), I have been charged another annual fee. The local gym tells it's because I signed up on the ichize appp, which is a different fee. Trying to get a refund is challenging. Avoid chuze fitness at all costs.

Mask rules make no sense, their policy is you need to wear a mask when you walk in but can take it off as soon as you check in. I saw many people walk in with no mask but i was harassed for not having a mask on, meanwhile every single person working out doesn't have a mask on and according to management you also don't have to wear a mask when you are leaving the gym. So the official rule is wear a mask only while walking in the door? This business is clearly bowing down to government bureaucrats and harassing its customer... read more
