We just recently joined. Stayed for a month. My wife and another woman encountered two teenage boys hanging out in the bathroom. When they saw my wife and the other lady. My daughter was attending Chuze club two weeks ago during the night and when I picked her up she was sitting in the corner and had a bloody lip and blood on her shirt as well as an ice pack and was crying hysterically. I have been going to this gym for about a year and a half. I have noticed in the past few months the pool does not seem to be getting regular maintenance. On most days the water is cloudy, which is not good lack of chlorine! The lane dividers are very dirty, looks like they have not been replaced in a while. I also see the same dirty areas on the bottom of the pool. Does it get vacuumed?? And one other thing the pool tiles around the top edge of the pool wall are half brown, very dirty. Cancelled my membership today because they are stating membership privileges changed August 2021. Well I've been bringing guests to ALL their locations for than 50 times since then.. easily more than 50. Now all of a sudden today things changed. No way guys! I don't like leaving negative reviews but here we go I had no problems with the gym (minus I was robbed once here) til I had to cancel. I lost my job and had a baby, finances are extremely tight. I called to cancel my membership back in may, they told me they could not do it over the phone, I had to write an email with the reason why and a picture of my signature. I did that. I must say I've been coming to choose for several years and I'm very disappointed that they have decided to celebrate gay pride with pride flags and CHUZE not to celebrate our fallen soldiers on memorial Day weekend. I have several family members and friends that go to choose that will be canceling their membership because of their lack of respect to our service members sorry choose you are no longer family of ours anymore.

I love the equipment here at the gym. Great saunas and steam room. The male staff is friendly and acknowledges you when you arrive and leave however the female staff is hella rude. I only had one female worker acknowledge. If your intimidated by females or have imaginary beef don't work at a gym or better yet customer service.

Be careful. They over charge your credit and they always blame your bank. Very bad place. Used to be nice and the costumer service used to be really good. Now they have been charging late fee even though no problem from my bank!! Even my bank told me i can file a complain against them!! Rude costumer service. Treat you like trash. Not sure what happened to this place used to be very welcoming, nice and polite. Managers are rude teenagers and they have no respect for elderly. Poor management.
