Its always great coming in at 3am & seeing the great, friendly, and warm welcoming employees ! Especially Alberto & PJ ! They make working out , that much more rewarding !

So, I went back up to the "More" membership in order to take advantage of their group classes. I've been a big OTF fan since 2012 and moved out to the IE late last year without worry I would have the same group experience with the IE OTFs. The IE OTFs don't have a schedule that fits mine, so I've been struggling to find a comparable replacement. I really, really, really love the group classes at Chuze, especially their Team Training. This gym used to be under better management, if the gym closes at 10pm why are they kicking us out 15-20mins before 10pm and cleaning up/ shutting things down ?? Who ever the real boss of this place answer that because apparently whoever is in charge 10/02 couldn't .

Now I remember why I initially left this gym, kids club and any little thing is an inconvenience to them or they call the parents. Leticia is rude and every time I see her I have an issue. How are we supposed to know if we schedule a class and they have an hour waitlist than we as paying customers can't get our kid in or get our workout in. Constantly closed due to water issues, and what makes it worse is they never notify its members about the closure this issue has been going on for years at this location its extremely inconvenient and all your met with is apologies luckily La Fitness down the street has been more than welcoming and willing to accept us abandoned chuze members.

There were creeps, rude employees, and the bathrooms stunk more often than not. The machines were always broken and took forever to get fixed. If you're there an hour and fifteen before they close, they'll make an announcement every ten minutes to remind you they're closing.

I pay for the top membership that includes the kids club but I can never use it. Every single time I go to the gym and try to check my daughter into the kids club, there is an hour or more wait. Who has time to wait for an hour to check their kid in and then workout for another hour? This place makes PLENTY of money off of all of their memberships and can afford to hire more personnel in their kids club to accommodate more kids. I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere.

I've been coming to this gym for a while and honestly it's very disappointing. The facility is extremely dirty most of the time, equipment is not cleaned regularly, and the overall environment feels neglected. A gym should be a place where people feel comfortable working out, but it's hard to ignore the lack of cleanliness here. On top of that, the staff is often rude and unhelpful. DO NOT JOIN CHUZE FITNESS IN CORONA. This place is run down, seldom clean, and a total rip-off. Management doesn't seem to enforce any of the cleanliness standards. The saunas and other equipment are a joke. Show up early morning? Good luck. They don't even bother turning them on until some employee finally wanders in and remembers. And when something does break--treadmills, ellipticals, cable machines, you name it--25-30% of the equipment is out of service at any given moment. Repairs take weeks, not days.
