Cindy and her team were excellent during the whole process. All paperwork that we needed or she needed was expressed to us and helped us along the even after hours.
We needed a last minute loan and Cindy worked so hard, to get it done. She got us the loan in time for closing, I believe we had less than two weeks, it was a nailbiter to the end, but she went above and beyond and got it done!
This was my second time working with Cindy on a new loan and I am glad I did. She had great communication with my wife and I and always answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a great time working with Cindy and we will again in the future. I would highly recommend her.
Cindy was always there to help in every aspect of the loan process. When she wasn’t available, she was always quick to get back to me. I would not hesitate to work with her again if I decide to get another loan.
I can't imagine it ever being any easier. Everything handled, my input was minimal, I was informed throughout the process, in terms I could understand. Closed much sooner than was expected which suited me perfectly.

When you need a loan officer, consider Cindy first!! She's professional, friendly, and makes sure you have everything you need to close on time. She'll make you feel more like a friend than just another client. She was even able to lower my interest and find me a cheaper choice for home insurance! Highly recommended!
Cindy Tomlinson is amazing! When I was first introduced to Cindy and sat down to discuss different loan options, I was impressed with how knowledgable she was. Cindy looked at different options with me and showed me which loan was the best for me, and explained why. She definitely gets things done. If Cindy says she can get you a loan, she will make it happen without a doubt.
