When I found myself in a situation that required me to move, I intended to rent. However when assessing the rents I thought I would see if I could actually buy something. Great experience! I made an offer on a house and it was accepted. Cindy was,working on my loan and I decided I needed to back out of the deal for the time being. About 6 weeks later I decided to move forward and Cindy and her team jumped right in again and got it done quickly and easily. I highly recommend them if you need to get a home!

Cindy was amazing to work with. We were in a bind with a large Lending company that was delaying the process. We switched to Cindy with two weeks left before estimated close and she was able to process our alone get the appraisal and have it close on time all with a smile.
