Great experience! I made an offer on a house and it was accepted. Cindy was,working on my loan and I decided I needed to back out of the deal for the time being. About 6 weeks later I decided to move forward and Cindy and her team jumped right in again and got it done quickly and easily. I highly recommend them if you need to get a home!

Cindy was amazing to work with. We were in a bind with a large Lending company that was delaying the process. We switched to Cindy with two weeks left before estimated close and she was able to process our alone get the appraisal and have it close on time all with a smile. Such an amazing experience and person to work with. Thank you Cindy!

Cindy came to the rescue when our big name bank denied our home loan after 30 days in escrow, with only a couple weeks left until closing, she quickly got everything together and picked up the pieces and pulled our loan through when my family thought it was a done deal. We even closed early! There simply aren’t enough words to describe the level of satisfaction we have for Cindy and American Pacific Mortgage.

I initially reached out to Cindy two years ago to see if I was qualified for a home. She gave me advice, as I did not meet the requirements, on what to accomplish.
