I can't imagine it ever being any easier. Everything handled, my input was minimal, I was informed throughout the process, in terms I could understand. Closed much sooner than was expected which suited me perfectly.

When you need a loan officer, consider Cindy first!! She's professional, friendly, and makes sure you have everything you need to close on time. She'll make you feel more like a friend than just another client. She was even able to lower my interest and find me a cheaper choice for home insurance! Highly recommended!

Cindy Tomlinson is amazing! When I was first introduced to Cindy and sat down to discuss different loan options, I was impressed with how knowledgable she was. Cindy looked at different options with me and showed me which loan was the best for me, and explained why. She definitely gets things done. If Cindy says she can get you a loan, she will make it happen without a doubt.

Cindy was very helpful and was able to explain the loan process and find us the best loan to meet our needs. She was always in contact and was available anytime we had questions. Cindy is fantastic. Her response time was quick. She answered all my questions...even the dumb ones and she made the loan process easy. Almost all of our communication was via email which was perfect for me. I would definitely go back to her for my next loan.
