This is our second mortgage experience with Cindy. She is attentive and competent and made our loan process go very smoothly. She makes the process stress free.
American Pacific Mortgage Corp. did a great job. Cindy Tomlinson was my loan officer and she was a dream to work with. I was an out of state buyer and the did everything to my it easy for me. We even closed early!! I have bought a lot of houses and have never closed early! I would definitely work with this Company again!
Cindy was able to put me in my new home without any problems. I was turned down by a national lender. We closed and she funded ahead of schedule. All of this while on vacation out of the country. Her team is top notch and very caring. I felt like family. If you don't choose to use Cindy and her team to fund your project, you're wrong and good luck to you!!!
Bottom line, Cindy gets it done. We have used her for 2 different home purchases in Redding and both closed on time. She is professional, courteous and plain awesome. Would recommend her to anybody!

I’ve heard horror stories about buying a home and so when my boyfriend and I bought our home we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process went.
