From the start of the pre-approval process to the close of the loan, Cindy was efficient and courteous. Cindy was responsive to our needs. She was quick, confidential and professional throughout the entire process. Cindy worked closely with the realtor to ensure there were no hiccups in the process. She went above and beyond to help find a loan that was right for us. She was good at explaining the process and answered any questions that we had. I will recommend Cindy my friends and family.
