Cindy was professional and courteous throughout the course of the loan. I initially went to her "just to see" what I would qualify for. She asked and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She did a great Job with the pre approval process to the final process. I even closed a few days early. I highly recommend her to be your mortgage loan officer.
Cindy (and her staff) took the worry out of getting the paperwork started, organized and completed. My refinance was more complex than normal and Cindy and her staff were able to get the results that I needed.
Cindy took over our loan process when all else was failing going through the VA. What took 2 months of back and forth, when Cindy took over it was just a couple of weeks to get the paperwork through. Even with a hurdle of a job change in the middle of the process, Cindy worked through it for us and got us our loan. Through it all Cindy was supportive and eased a lot of the anxiety.
