Cindy was fabulous! After several failed attempts of trying to purchase a home Cindy was the only one who was upfront, honest, and got our loan done! We first started working with Cindy last year when we wanted to move up to Redding Calif. We were approved for our loan but where unable to sell our home in Santa Rosa Calif. This year our home sold in 4 days and Cindy was able to just update our file and the loan process moved quickly. She was very efficient and we really appreciated her hard work.

Cindy jumped in to our home purchase when two other lenders had tried but failed to "bring home the loan" do to escrow holdback complications to repair the home up to VA standards. I was nervous about losing our escrow deposit as we only had 2 weeks to close. Cindy stepped in, and made it happen, she was able to reuse all the original loan application paperwork, got loan approval in a week at most.
