She made a potentially nerve-wracking experience very comfortable and pleasant. She was always open and transparent about the process. With my first house, I had the sense that the lender was not forthcoming with every bit of information. But with Cindy, I always felt assured. Also, she made it clear that she would extend her help well after closing on the house, saying that she was the go-to person if any questions arose about the mortgage in coming months.

Cindy was always working with me and for me. She went above and beyond to make everything happen that needed to happen. She explained everything to me during the entire process in a manner which I could understand. She helped me increase my credit to the point I could purchase a home in a matter of months.
