Can't beat the value for a good stay right in the thick of things Not much went wrong! Only stayed on a Monday, so most things were closed. But the casino and the area around the hotel felt generally safe. Excellent stay in a clean room arranged by excellent and attentive staff. The value for the location, service, and comfort of the room probably could not be beat in Reno.

Pleasant The air conditioner rattled all night long and the automotive shop 5 floors down had something going on all night and it was so noisy It was really a nice room

Good comfortable hotel, check in time was terrible Waited 5hrs in check-in queue. Burning Man is happening every year with an influx of guests during those weekends. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have only 2 people on staff for check-in when they are 10 available counters. Not blaming the reception staff which was amazing and did their best to get us all checked in as quickly as humanly possible!
