Your review is truly appreciated, Richard! We're so glad to hear that the room, bed, and overall stay met your expectations. It's always wonderful to know that our guests are comfortable and enjoying their time with us. We hope your experience at the casino and with our parking was equally enjoyable. We would love to welcome you back again soon and hope to make your next visit just as pleasant!

Business response:

Thank you, Eleonora! We're so glad to hear that the parking, room, and price all hit the mark for you — it means a lot to know that our guests are happy with their overall experience. We always strive to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and your kind words are a wonderful reminder that we're on the right track. We hope to welcome you back again very soon for another great stay!

Business response:

Sorry to hear the rooms felt dated and unclean, Alexander — that's certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. On the bright side, we're glad the location worked out well for your Hot August Nights stay and that having everything right in the casino made things convenient for you. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back again in the future!
