Ok, but not great. But I checked in the staff member was a little bit rude. I didn't like the condition of the hotel, which was a little bit run down. I didn't like having to pay for parking when online said it was free. We went on a vacation around the country for a week and stated many low budget older motels, which were exactly what I expected, but a name brand hotel like Circus Circus in a place like Reno Nevada, I expected a little bit more, but I got less. Good location, spacious room, comfy bed, but a bit of a lengthy and confusing walk to our room. The layout is a bit confusing. It’s a long walk from the parking garage to the lobby. And it’s even longer to get from the lobby to the tower. You have to go through different layers of the casino and circus midway following signs. We had to ask more than one employee how to get to the tower. The staff were all very friendly. The room felt quite spacious, and the bed was really comfortable.
