Self check-in assigned us a wrong type of room at the casino tower and the room was dated. Walked up to front desk and explained to the front desk staff on this matter and she was super nice and helpful, reassigned a new room (based on our booking of a sky tower room) to us. New room was nice and clean. Many parts of the hotel are under renovation and the shuttle was not operating, so we need to walk a not short distance from the check in area to the sky tower. The bed was comfortable.
