Amusement park Casino hotel all in one A lot of the food options close early like 10 o’clock I’d like how many activities are in the casino. I have genuinely never seen a casino that has felt like an amusement park before and I would genuinely stay there for like a week if I had the time.
Business response:
We're so excited to hear that you loved the amusement park vibe, Clarissa! It truly means a lot to us that the variety of activities left such a memorable impression on you — hearing that you've never experienced anything quite like it before absolutely makes our day! We've also taken note of your feedback regarding the food options closing around 10 o'clock, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing that with us. Guest feedback like yours is so valuable. We really do hope you get the chance to come back and spend that full we... read more

Worked out to be a good stay. I recommend Circus Circus when in Reno. When the city power went out, we were stranded on the 19th floor with all our luggage and a flight to catch. Going far beyond their responsibility, 4 security men climbed up to the 19th floor; the elevators were out, and they not only carried all our luggage down the stairs but also helped my 79-year-old wife down. Kudos and many thanks to those security guys, as well as to all the hotel staff who helped.
Business response:
We’re so happy you enjoyed your stay and really appreciate you sharing your thoughts! A huge shout-out to our security team for stepping up to help your wife and carry your luggage down 19 floors—that’s exactly the kind of genuine care we love to see from our crew. It’s wonderful to know our team could make such a positive impact during a tough moment. We’ll certainly share your lovely feedback with them. Thanks for the recommendation, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you and your wife back to Circus Circus Reno again soon!
