Good We get charged for what they call a resort fee when there's really not much of a resort, no pool, no tennis courts, no seating outside in a park like setting. They charge $20 for valle parking which they never done before. Close to the event.

Nice updated room in the heart of Reno The two different parts of the hotel felt really far apart and required a long walk from the check-in/reception & parking. The digital check-in didn't work as intended but that would've been a bonus. The room was clean and well appointed. The coffee machine was good and kept me caffeinated! Bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's rest. Location is just right, with parking that has charging for Teslas.

Comfort and descent stay for Reno standards . Customer service is lack luster at best . Maybe focus on personal customer service . No water in rooms, it was one step up from a motel 6 or a Howard Johnson. The hotel as a whole needs some love and attention , overhaul and rediculous of the amount of word levels and steps there are (parking garage to hotel. In hotel at each end of the skywalk, the escalalators in the main casino floor etc. its too much !
