Good The TVS weren't working for 2 days and when we did call down the 1st day about it they were kind of rude at the front desk and it finally got working 2 days later. The beds were real comfortable and the maids did a great job.

Exceptional We were directed to our room across the street and that route had a lot of stairs. It was a pain since we're older and we had luggage. It would have been great to have been directed where the elevators took us up. Or room was so pretty and nice. It was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Whenever we needed help, we found it. Thank you. I could not find information for the WiFi or Television use. No Biggee. all was very good for us.

Good We stayed in the sky tower and didn’t check in till after midnight. When we went to check out there was no indication in the elevator as to what floor we needed to get off on to get back to the lobby. Food and parking was great.
