decent room but overpriced with the daily resort fee which was NOT transparent Elevators were broken for 2 of the days so we either had to wait in very very long lines for the only working elevator or take the stairs. There was flooding in the lobby area outside of the elevator which was a huge mess ! The daily resort fee was an unwelcome surprise and a rip off !!!! The room was nice

Our stay was good, enjoyed the variety of places to eat. Construction going on, made it a maze getting to our room. Room was clean and quiet.

Zimmer top - Check in und Zimmer finden mühselig Das Hotel ist riesig und furchtbar unübersichtlich. Der Gast wird so geführt, dass er auf jeden Fall durch die Arcaden Halle und das Casino durchgehen muss. Nachdem wir die Minen von Moria passiert haben, ist uns endlich der Aufzug zum Skytower begegnet. Mit schweren Koffern war es ziemlich mühselig, es gibt auch nicht überall Rolltreppen oder Aufzüge, ein paar Treppen muss man tragen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, ruhig gelegen im Skytower. Plush new hotel rooms. Not expensive. Perfect stay Casinos are grim place is a new 5 star hotel with all the comfort you would expect. Rooms are plush. Not to keen on the $25 to watch an old movie in the hotel room - LOL

Clean and comfortable room in a great location It was difficult to get to our room on the first day as none of the escalators were working. In the evening several elevators were also not working and the line to the elevators was long. Like most casino hotels it has a resort fee. The room was clean and comfortable
