Verified Renter The management team could be a bit considerate when people are being put into a position that is not in there control. Im being moved due to work and the management team seems to be more concerned with the new tenants that they have rented my apartment to. But Im still going to be charged two months rent upon leaving. They call it a fee but a fee would be $500 or something like that.... not the total price of my rent. Horrible Things are pretty on the surface until you learn the quality of the apartments and staff are low. If you want to live somewhere with endless insects, water leaks, and a rude office that doesnt resolve issues, here is the place.

Disappointed PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK YOU FIND ONLINE REGARDING THIS COMPLEX! I made this mistake a few months back when we decided to move into one of Citation Club's units. For the price you pay, it's just loads of white paint covering up the various quick fixes. They literally painted our vents shut.. Cancelled our lease days before move in! Worst apartment rental experience ever! Signed a lease weeks ago to move in this upcoming Sunday. Terminated the lease where I live now, transferred utilities, ordered furniture from Wayfair already, even called YESTERDAY to verify the move was still happening. They call TODAY to say the tenant renewed their lease last minute and my apartment wasn’t available! A new unit won’t be available until the end of next month! What a scam! Unfortunate Experience I moved here a week ago and my experience has been horrible. Let me first say that you will never ever reach anyone when you call the office. I have called during the week, weekend, early in the morning and late before closing - never once has one person answered in the 7 times I have called. Don't Bother This was my dream community BEFORE I moved in. Horrible management, no one in the office ever tells accurate information and they don't care how many months you've paid your rent on time. You suffer even if they give you wrong information. Break ins that they don't make you aware about, NO security, indoor pool is never open, just terrible overall.
Good & Bad Grounds of the complex looks really nice - well kept. Appliances are outdated when they call the complex luxury you expect different. Stove is from the 70's - dryer is old. Not what I saw in the model. The maintenance is good/bad sometimes it's good but often feels like begging to get the problems resolved. Office staff seem nice but a little fake - really good until you are moved in. They are really busy with potential residents that the current ones are often neglected.
