Feels like home.... I have lived here at Citation Club for 6 months. I am always amazed how well the Beztak communities are maintained. We absolutely love it here. I have the 3 bd rm. and it is very spacious. We love the large kitchen. The master room is huge with 2 walk in closets. Melanie is awesome as well as the other staff. Guys at the gate house are friendly always pleasant. We have enjoyed a he out door pool and jacuzzi and yes when it closes we will use the indoor pool. great decision Really glad we found this place because the location is perfect for our commutes and the amenities are phenomenal. We moved to Farmington Hills from Chicago and only got to see the apartments once, but Scott was able to help us with everything from sending us photos of the apartment, to applying for it. When we moved in the apartment looked even better than we remember it! Thanks to everyone in the office for making this move so easy for us!
Service is amazing!! I have enjoyed the past few years living at the Citation Club, from the beautiful views from my apartment, to all the amenities of the gym and indoor pool. Aside from that, the service here is great!! Any time I have a problem or something needs to be fixed the maintenance personnel are always there. Nearly 10 years in the Beztax community The Citation Club Luxury Apts. has a great persona in it's staff, which I find are pleasant no matter where you live in the Beztax community. Here the amenities are what attracted me to move and upgrade. The indoor/outdoor pool and sauna, tennis court, workout facilities a plus. James Thomas one of the maintenance crew has been a tremendous help in my transition, he is knowledgable, pleasant, soft spoken and really does listen making the living experience even more comfortable. paradise I have a 1 bedroom apartment in citation club and I love it! Spacious for one person it has all the amenities I was looking for, fireplace, upgraded appliances, and seclusion. The office staff attends to all my needs and the one problem I did have was fixed quickly by the maintenance tech James. Definitely a great place to live.
Great place to live I am currently a resident of citation club apartments. It is the most luxury apartment in Farmington Hills. James one of the maintenance staff shows professionalism and courtesy at all times. His quality of work is always excellent. The office staff is responsiveness and polite. I will recommend this place to others that are interested in luxury living.
Awesome Staff I just moved here at the end of Nov 2015 right after Thanksgiving shortly after discharging from the Marine Corps recently. And I just wanted to thank Sara the Assistant Property Manager and staff on their professionalism and how they accommodated me with everything I needed upon prior to my moving in. It's very quiet and peaceful here and I don't have one complaint and I highly recommend this to anyone of interest. Two thumbs up!!!!
Piece of happiness Citation Club Apartments is the most versatile place to live. Its fit for families, newly married couples and everyday people. Its just 10 minutes away from one of the most popular shopping cents, 12 oaks mall, there are tons of restaurants and entertainment near by. Citation Club I'm in a second floor end unit. I have a one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings, in unit laundry, a private terrace and carport. Management is wonderful to work with. The complex has both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and fitness center. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants.
