Disappointing end I moved to Citation Club Apartments in December of 2013. I love the grounds, buildings, location, and my specific apartment. The area is super convenient, and very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. When I moved in, and during most of my time living there, I was very happy with the maintenance and staff but I recently had an issue where a pipe burst in the unit above mine causing significant damage to my unit and belongings. Livable, great location, awkward layout Citation Club is a great housing choice for people looking for a reasonably-priced, quiet space close to work in Farmington Hills or Novi. I have a mid-sized one bedroom apartment and I've found it entirely satisfactory if unexciting. There are outdoor and indoor pools and a sauna (none of which I've used) and a small fitness center (which isn't worth trying to use at peak hours, but should be ok otherwise). Horrible place to live During our tenancy, we dealt with a persistent mouse infestation that resulted in 12 mice entering our apartment. Despite repeated reports and assurances by management that the issue would be resolved, there was never a lasting solution. Management ignored our emails and tried to put the blame on us despite us having a professional biweekly cleaning service. Looks Nice Until You Need Management The property looks nice from the outside, but it's poorly managed. We only lasted about a month before giving notice to move out. Maintenance is extremely slow, and unless the issue is considered critical, you're lucky if it gets addressed. Even the vendors they hire are disorganized. Verified Renter Could use some pedestrian walkways. I hate coming home at night having to dodge 'em dog walkers walking in the streets because they have no other options.

Verified Renter My apartment wasn't ready for my move in date. Had to reschedule movers. Move in: several windows have blinds missing, or soiled. Told blinds were on back order. Main bathroom toilet crooked, botched job on flooring and wall trimming area, hinges on overhead cabinets loose. Day #4: No hot water, with Maintenance fixing problem. Day #7: No hot water again. Verified Renter My move in experience could have been better. My start date got pushed back by a month with only a weeks notice. When i finally got my apartment, it had pet hairs which got stuck to the wall because they painted over it. Now it's hard to remove it

The worst place to ever live. please DO NOT make the same mistake I made to live here PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and not live in Citation Club Apartment Farmington Hills .
