Verified Renter My maintenance requests have always been handled promptly, professional and to my satisfaction. For me, this is a very important service for a resident. Also, I would like to point out that Assistant Manager, Jeff, exemplifies excellent communications skills. He is pleasant to talk to because he is professional and talks to you, and not at you. To me, this is important in maintaining resident satisfaction. I have no complaints with the community office.

Verified Renter Citation Club apartments are really nice to live in, specifically if they are on the top floor. The large bay windows let in a lot of natural light and the vaulted ceiling makes the space look bigger. The kitchen appliances and cabinets are good, more so after the renovation. The responses to maintenance requests fluctuate - sometimes they are quick, and at other times they take several days. The Management is usually helpful. Services like trash collection are prompt, but I wish they would install recycling ... read more

Verified Renter We love the property and our new apartment. We did initially have a problem with a leak. It was very difficult to find the source. Rob in maintenance came multiple times to fix it - he was hard working, very diligent at taking care of our problem even though it required multiple visits. The only complaint I have is that I expected a little more cleaning prior to us moving in. Most of the windows had spiderwebs, a lot of the screens are broken, patio door track quite dirty.
