We really like this place. Clean bar and restaurant with good energy. A lot of beers on tap with a good choice of wines. Their hangar steak was great and cooked well. I ordered it medium Rare but, came out more on the rare side which to me is fine. I'd rather have it less done than over done. The sauce was good along with cauliflower. Definitely, a return spot. It can get busy at the bar so, get there early.
LOVED this place! The vibe was super cool and in a cool area to walk around. My husband and I grabbed an early dinner so it wasn't crowded at all. Our server, Booker, was awesome! Good vibe! The gluten free fried chicken is absolutely delicious. And the bacon appetizer is a must. If you like cocktails that are less sweet and more tart, get Pepino's Revenge. It's delicious!
We sat in the bar area and Allison made the day. Highly recommend going to see her on Sundays. She knows her cocktails and her food pairings! The pimento cheese fritters were to die for as well as her old fashion recommendations.
We enjoyed our lunch at Citizen Soul. Their okra, brussel sprouts and scallops are amazing.
There was a slight mix up with reservations being made online but I called and was able to make sure my party still had had a table. It was a majority of our party's first time there. I had the tuna Mediterranean salad and it was amazing and the perfect amount of food. Great service from our waitress who was very good with suggestions from the drinks to food to fit everyone's taste. The decor and ambiance is very nice .
Came here for a birthday dinner and had great service from Liz! They have a lot of options for gluten-free dining. My drink from the bar was delicious! The pimento cheese balls were great and so was the shrimp.
Beautiful restaurant, food presentation is nice. We started with fried okra and Brussels sprouts, both are delicious, my main course pan seared scallops and that was great. My wife got the grilled octopus and my kids got the Mac n cheese. For our cocktails I have mango tango. Our overall experience was excellent. Tyler the waitstaff very knowledgeable and explain and accommodate my request since I don't eat pork.
Consistent every time! Love the place, servers, bartenders, managers, etc! The food is always on point! Love the s brisket stuffed peppers, pimento cheeseballs and great cocktails! I found a new Cab that I love as well. Friendly always and never a long wait and I never feel rushed!
