I understand that part of the marketing is to pet (i.e. dog) owners, and I realize it might be difficult to "marshal" this, but there were many dog owners in the complex that were irresponsible/inexperienced dog owners (dogs off leash, owners not cleaning up pet waste, etc.), and that diminished my living experience. Anytime I have... (Verified Renter) Anytime I have an issue in my apartment, Carlos is right on it and very helpful, he always fixes the issue on the spot or follows up to fix it. He is very friendly and does a great job, I think this is very important in an apartment complex.
