The staff was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. This was our first visit after adopting our cat last year. I felt that they weren’t trying to sell me unnecessary services even though they explained their pet care program. It’s a nice small place… not like some of the bigger corporate clinics that may be a lot more expensive or sell you services you don’t want or need. I also felt the visit was reasonably priced.
We have two dogs (5 years , 5 months). We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with City Creatures. Staff is so nice and will look out for you and your pet. We had a situation on 4/25/22 where our pup unexpectedly had an allergic reaction to his vaccine that he had received earlier in the day. We called city creatures about 10 minutes before they closed and without question, they stayed open for us to take him in. They treated him immediately and he recovered well.
