RecommendedI have taken all 3 of my animals there and have no issues. The staff and doctors listen to questions and discuss what’s the best next steps. The desk staff are kind.
So many good things to say about this place. I called 15 places in the Buffalo area and city creatures was the only place that helped us the same day we had an emergency with our bearded dragon. They made room in their schedule and helped our daughter make a tough decision for her favorite lizard that was suffering. Highly recommend them. Dr Joe was fantastic, even when we had an extremely tough choice to make. Thank you.

Dr. Joe is one of the best vets ive met. he and my quarker hit if off right from start. He was Thorough with the examination extremly knowledgable and professional.
Yesterday was my first time there and it was the best experience i’ve had since trying to find a vet for my 3 skinny pigs. The staff and Dr. Joe are amazing! They made me feel so welcomed and they really cared about the well-being of my pet. My only issue is that i wish i would have started coming there 2 years ago! I will recommend you to everyone i know!
