My CNA Cheri Morales is the best amongst the best. If you have her you will sure do receive a total patient care. This makes my stay and my roommate comfortable and amazing at City View. To the admin. I hope you will give a chance to Cheri to be an instructor and or leader or Trainor for others because she knows the job well. Thank u Cheri for a job well done-you always make sure I have everything I need on my journey of healing...you help a lot in taking care of me.

I have been in rehab at City View for 10 months. It is a clean, safe, and well run facility. The staff, especially the RNs and CNAs are hard working, professional and compassionate. The food is good for hospital food. The coffee is not good, I call it prison coffee, but I am used to Starbucks. I am grateful to be in a well run place like this.

City View San Francisco 4th floor Head Nurse Amanda is the best nurse I've ever had. She helps when I call. Good with making me comfortable,did a great job bandaging my heel just the way the doctor wanted, making sure I do things myself so I learn. She is pleasant and takes my concerns seriously. I can always count on her which is really important now I recovering and in bed a lot She makes sure I get CNA help when I need it. She is abig help in goal to get better

My sister is staying at City View and she is getting wonderful attention and care. Whenever she calls for help someone responds right away. This is far better care than she had during her hospital stay of 5 days and better than care at a "sister" facility in San Francisco. I have never seen such a large staff available. The physical therapy is also very very good. Thank you all for being so attentive.

My 81 year old mom was at this facility for 2 weeks in September we were very happy with the service and the care she received . The staff were very helpful and made sure my mom was comfortable the nutritionist was thorough with her dietary needs. Her social worker Clay was always there to help and made sure she was taken care of . He is very accessible and responds to calls right away . The physical therapists and OT worked with her to get her back on track . I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs care .

I am an assisted living facility operator. Recently we admitted a new resident, who is entering hospice care when we admitted him, from San Francisco CityView Postacute. This resident has many severe health challenges for the care. I was very impressed by the excellent services the staffs of CityView offered to him. I have to say!! Kyle who is a physical therapist, was absolutely (IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL) Kyle is professional, very kind and courteous. He was extremely thoughtful of my limitations and needs. He went above and beyond the treatment he gave me. I can not THANK him enough for his patience and sincere kindness. City View Post Acute Facility should be extremely grateful to have such a loyal, compassionate and kind employee (Kyle) who treats his patients with respect!! Many thanks to Kyle From Kathy.

I was discharged today from this skilled nursing facility and I had an awesome experience. Good quality of care with nurses and has a great rehab team. This facility smells good and clean. All the staff are courteous, polite and friendly. Special thanks to Beth Mesina in Admissions for her time and effort. She helped me with my request to transfer from Los Altos post Acute to this facility and She made it happen in couple of days. She's a beautiful woman with a great smile and a big heart . I would like to give a personal thanks to Alex Wong for being the only one that gave my sister a lot of support. Doing her recovery stay she was very comfortable with him & so was the family. We loved his sense of humor he always had everyone laughing. My sister needed the laughs at that time, So we thank you so so much for caring for Deanna Johnson. We appreciate you Alex!!
