This really is a great complex. They are thorough with their work orders, friendly in the office, and have a great mail system with the Amazon Hub. The unit I am in is also in great condition and the price is slightly below market price (probably because it is a smoking friendly location). As a non smoker, I can barely smell any cigarette or anything if the kind! The dog relief areas are scattered well and the complex is close enough to Many food locations and stores. 5 Gold Starts for Frank in maintenance. Frank power washed my patio and helped with moving my patio furniture and accessories out of the way. Not only did he take pride in his work with a great job done, he posses a great attitude that is a value for any employer. It is my hope that staff will recognize Frank's exceptional character and reward him accordingly.

The Office Staff and Maintenance Team have always been very professional and personable. I have never had a problem that wasn’t quickly resolved. And just for the record, I’ve had very few problems because Clairmont at Brier Creek has always kept up with maintenance and groundskeeping. Today, I want to specifically acknowledge and thank Brian from the Maintenance Team. They have been great to my family. Covid was hard on my family and in turn hard on them. One in particular JESSICA, in the office made it so easy to talk. Getting behind was so embarrassing and she made it better. Maintenance is always fast and amenities are great.

The leasing and maintenance are nothing short of amazing that team goes above and beyond for me and my family even on the days I can be a bit much lol but they always handle us with care I been here a year going into my next year and I can really call this home even thru this pandemic we can’t see their smile but you can hear it thru the phone I have no complaint only praises to an amazing team!! I've been here for nearly 5 years and I have truly enjoyed living at The Clairmont at Brier Creek. Its quiet, great location to restaurants, stores, highways, etc. The team at the office are Excellent! They are all extremely nice, supportive and understanding. I will miss being here when I leave.
