I just moved in a few days now and thanks to Veronica, the process was flawless. She was very patient and guided me through the whole process. I love my apartment which was very clean and its very quiet and cozy. I love it here!!!

We've been having issues with our AC unit so I made an appt this morning. Becca (I believe her name was) was very polite and helpful while submitting my work request. Maintenance came out within a timely manner to resolve all of our problems. Very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you.

I relocated from NY 4 years ago, and I simply love my apartment. The office staff, Pam, Dion, and Jessica, were so easy to work with. They made my move smooth and pleasant. Since then, the new other office staff Veronica and Chris have been equally pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff is very attentive to request in a timely manner, which I appreciate, especially living alone. I really love my living space. This, for me, is my forever home.

I only recently moved into Clairmont and it has already been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Their staff is wonderful. The location is perfect and there are several food options and stores nearby. Veronica in the Lease office has been a pleasure to work with. She has been completely on top of getting me information on my apartment during my move-in process. 10/10 recommendation

The moment I walked into the leasing office last week I was immediately greeted with warmth and welcoming energy from all the staff, very much a "welcome home" vibe. Clairmont has been an amazing place to live in my time here in the Triangle. Their staff is amazing. The location is perfect for my commute to and from work in Durham. 10/10 I highly recommend. And Veronica in the Lease office is a ray of sunshine. She consistently helped me with getting information on my apartment during my move-in process and since then I've been living at Clairmont since.
